   We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 30 days of completion. We will work with you to make necessary improvements or adjustments.

2. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds are available under the following conditions:

   • If a service was not delivered as per the agreed scope
   • If there was a failure in the completion of a custom project
   • In cases where services have been paid for but not started

4. Non-refundable Items
   Some services, such as pre-paid subscriptions, training programs, and digital products (themes, templates), may not be eligible for refunds once delivered or downloaded.
